The symbol of the Sultanate of OMAN, the Khanjar, the most coveted and rare of the sports watches that were given by Sultan Qaboos as a state gift at political meetings or to high-ranking military officials deserving of such a gift, between 1970 and 1995.
The dials were printed by ASPREY, a London-based dealer for major brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet, as there were no official dealers in OMAN and the sultanate had very good relations with the UK.
The red of this Khanjar is a symbol of the fight against invaders, a colour also present in the flag of OMAN.
Hand-printed with hot stamping technique on 100% ORGANIC cotton T-SHIRT, hand-sewn label.
